‘Customer’ means any person or entity who purchases products from the Sam Harrop website.

‘Product’ means the products for sale at the Sam Harrop website.

‘Terms and Conditions’ means these terms and conditions of sale and as amended from time to time by Sam Harrop Wine.


By searching and purchasing products from this website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


Sam Harrop Wine agrees to use the information collected only for the purpose of completing the purchasing transaction. Customers who ask to join the Sam Harrop mailing list will have their details added to the Sam Harrop customer database. Those who elect not to join will not be contacted by Sam Harrop Wine, other than as necessary to complete the purchasing transaction.

Sam Harrop Wine shall hold customer information in accordance with the principals of the Privacy Act. You have the right to access you own personal information and to correct or delete any personal information from the database by emailing us.


Sam Harrop Wine is the holder of an ‘Off License’ (007/OFF/9031/2016) as defined in the Sale of Liquor Act and as such is legally authorised to promote and deliver wine for sale by mail order.

Please note that it is illegal to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. Payments can be made by credit card as per the online directions. All payments go through SWIPE HQ who host and manage the payment page. You will be charged in New Zealand dollars and the price includes Goods and Services Tax (GST). Every purchase is subject to the laws of New Zealand.


Sam Harrop Wine strives to protect the security of customer’s personal information including credit card information. All transactions are stored and processed in encrypted strings through the secure payment service provider, SWIPE HQ.


Website orders can be delivered only within New Zealand. Wine will be dispatched within two working days of credit card funds being authorised. Delivery is via courier. Sam Harrop Wines cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery.

Our website will show the full range of Sam Harrop Wine products available. However the customer acknowledges that there may be limited availability and Sam Harrop Wine reserves the right to restrict the number of bottles of a particular wine to each individual customer when quantities are limited.

Sam Harrop Wine will advise the customer of its inability to fulfill any customer orders as soon as reasonably possible.


Should a wine you receive as part of your order from Sam Harrop Wine be damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of you order on info@samharropwine.com to arrange a replacement.


An order may be cancelled as long as it has not been dispatched, for a full refund.
