Peninsula Viticultores collaborate on Gary Barlow Organic wine range

Peninsula Viticultores, run by Masters of Wine, Sam Harrop and Andreas Kubach, is pleased to announce the launch of the Gary Barlow Organic wine range.

Peninsula Viticultores collaborated with the Take That frontman to produce Spanish white and red blends, made from grapes grown in certified organic plots in Castilla with old, low-yielding vines.

The range launches in October 2021 in Morrisons stores across the UK.

Biogenic Amines – The Impact on Wine Sanitary Status and Quality

As part of the IMW webinar series, and in collaboration with Lallemand Oenology, Sam Harrop MW will moderate a webinar covering the topic of biogenic amines.

Panelists Dr. Patrick Lucas, Dr. Sibylle Krieger-Weber and Sophie Parker-Thomson MW will share their knowledge, discussing the significance to consumers and producers, and the impact on wine sanitary status and quality.

Introducing the Tūrangawaewae Series + Virtual Tasting

Tūrangawaewae is a Maori word that that refers to a strong sense of identity or belonging felt through deep connection to a place.

The Tūrangawaewae series brings to life this idea through specially selected parcels from exceptional vineyards in some of the lesser-known wine regions of New Zealand. Expressing an abundance of personality and character unique to these sites, these are wines that have truly found where they belong.
